Kitchen

Our kitchen gives our service users the opportunity to work in a fast-paced working environment. This encourages service users to build on the skills and learn various things such as how to keep working areas clean and tidy and also prepare food/meals safely.

Our kitchen prepares fresh food on site daily from light bites to bigger meals and daily specials, cooking for all our service users and staff lunches, meals for the café and all the meals for our meals on wheels service for our community. Service users are supported to wash up, chop foods and present them on plates. Making cakes etc just to name a few, also using various machinery and equipment.
